In business environment, how many good ideas and improvement initiatives we saw that were doomed to failure? Although essential for the professional growth of an Executive, who is paid to generate and to deploy them, only a small percentage of good ideas and improvement initiatives are succeeded, inhibiting their implementation in organizations worldwide.

4) Correct definition and allocation of resources, avoiding frustrations.

5) Execution through a well elaborated action plan to have just one start and one end time at the project.

As in a cooking recipe, lack of any of these ingredients will lead project to fail. Recalls Boolean algebra: to get desired output all requirements are needed (AND), to fail just missing one of them is enough (OR). Experience show us that most projects fail precisely by the absence of first three ingredients, Common Vision, Skills and Incentives, which, unlike resources, usually are not included in Action Plan by "lack of time" or by forgetfulness, generating confusion, anxiety and slowness ahead.
